    Xfinity Live! is a nationally recognized dining and entertainment district located in the heart of the Philadelphia Sports Complex. Venues include 1100 Social, Broad Street Bullies Pub, PBR Philly: A Coors Banquet Bar, Victory Beer Hall and NBC Sports Arena.     We are in search of an experienced and professional individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet our objectives and effectively manage the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.


    • Manage day-to-day activities of digital media content strategy in the categories of promotion, engagement and conversion
    • Track and analyze social media insights weekly
    • Manage community, blogger and influential social accounts outreach
    • Execute and manage District e-blasts including broadcast newsletters, pre and post event e-blasts
    • Manage the website content via the content management system including but not limited to events, weekly promotions, menus, photo galleries, general info (contact info, store hours, FAQ, inquiry forms), news articles, etc.
    • Execute and manage the District and venues’ paid digital marketing strategy including but not limited to social media, Google advertising, display and retargeting campaigns
    • Setup all online contests and support lead generation through paid social media and third party cross-promotions
    • Assist with planning and execution of marketing and venue wide events as it pertains to generating awareness and driving traffic through digital means
    • Assist in supporting the District and venues’ database collection through contests, promotions, campaigns and events
    • Help execute sponsorship agreements and fulfillment where it pertains to digital platforms including social media
    • Create monthly events calendar –on social media and external contacts
    • Track and report on marketing metrics, including web, social networks, and surveys
    • Assist with developing photography and videography shot lists and standards as it pertains to website, newsletter and social media needs
    • Communicate with senior management regarding marketing initiatives
    • Other responsibilities include monitoring and updating Gather and community events calendars
    • Develop strategic partnerships with retailers, restaurants, corporate partners, local teams and more to cross-promote the District and its venues
    • Assist with media releases and events
    • Oversee and manage the development and production of all branded print collateral, non-printed collateral (websites, e-blasts, etc.), menus, signage, social media, etc. and ensure brand standards are adhered to at a district level



    Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent of 1-3 years in sports, entertainment or marketing setting. Must speak fluent English.


    This job requires ability to perform the following:

    • Frequently standing up or moving within and outside of the facility
    • Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds


    • Exceptional communicator. You confidently engage at all levels and across multiple stakeholder groups and clients. You have excellent written and oral communication and are known for translating data into clear, easy-to-understand information useful for stakeholders and clients. Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently, as well as strong attention to detail
